Joshua A. Shuman, age 39, of Mount Joy, PA is charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition.  While on a routine patrol in the Borough, officers located an individual who had an active felony warrant out of Virginia.  Defendant was detained and transported to Lancaster County Prison where he will remain until extradition can be arranged.
