On 2/12/2026, at approximately 9:10pm, Jacob Dunbar Helsey, age 25, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of Driving Under the Influence: Highest rate of Alcohol, while in the area of North Third and Chestnut Streets, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges. Helsey is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
