POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 1/23/26 THRU 1/29/26

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-23-26 at 0948 hrs, police responded to the parking lot of the Lancaster Junction Trail, 99 Champ Blvd, for a theft from vehicle.  Sometime between 0810 hrs and 0945 hrs, actor(s) broke the rear passenger side window of a vehicle and removed a purse.  Total estimated value of loss $150.00.  Total estimated value of damage is unknown at this time.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-25-26 at 0119 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Route 283 East in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.  Following investigation, Ghafoor Ali (25) of Lancaster was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations.

HARASSMENT: On 1-27-26 a 15-year-old male student of Columbia was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-22-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1-27-26 Devin Thomas Ritchie (26) of Landisville was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 1-18-26 in the 3100 block of Nolt Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 1-28-26 a 13-year-old male student of Columbia and a 14-year-old male student of Lancaster were cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-21-26 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

*All persons charged with an offense are presumed innocent*
