Columbia Borough Police are investigating a theft that occurred in the 300 blk of Locust St.  Police station cameras captured the above still images of the suspect.  He is described as being in his 20's and approx. 5'5" to 5'6" tall.  He left the area on foot.  Police are seeking help from the public to identify the pictured man.  Anyone with information is encouraged to submit a tip or contact us by phone 717-684-7735.
