More than 60 children will enjoy a Merry Christmas this year thanks to our agency’s Kids and Cops program. On Saturday morning, many of our officers volunteered their time to take children shopping at the Walmart on Dorchester Road.

The day began with a pancake and sausage breakfast at East Bay Deli, located at Leeds Avenue and Dorchester Road. After a special visit with Santa Claus, officers and children traveled together in a caravan to Walmart. Once there, the kids were able to pick out gifts for themselves as well as for their family members.
