On November 17, 2025, at 1:40 pm, the Ephrata Police responded to a physical domestic in the 1st block of Mechanic St. West Cocalico Township. Upon arrival, police determined that Stefon Lacy, 25, of Reinholds assaulted a female by pinning her against a table and struck her with a chair.  The female victim suffered bruising on her leg and soreness after the assault.  Lacy was arrested and charged with Simple Assault - Domestic Violence (M-2) and Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M).  Lacy transported to Central Booking for arraignment and subsequently committed into Lancaster County Prison after failing to post bail.  Lacy is presumed innocent.
