ARRESTS  

Animals-Noise Nuisance, Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 10:43 p.m., Randy K. Velez, 65, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with a Borough Ordinance Violation when he allowed two dogs on his property to bark continuously outside causing neighbors to contact police. 

Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 8:05 p.m., Justen R. Greising, 44, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct when he created a hazardous condition by riding his bicycle under the influence of alcohol.  The defendant fell off the bike causing injury to himself and grabbed an EMT who was trying to render aid. 

Disorderly Conduct, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 6:54 a.m., Jacklin R. Lauver, 30, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Disorderly Conduct when she made unreasonable noise by starting a loud argument in a public place.
