On 09/25/25, around 1:32 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance involving a male at CVS (5215 Ashley Phosphate Rd), allegedly armed. The individual was detained after a brief struggle. No injuries were reported, and no weapon was located. The juvenile was released to a parent with charges of Assault 3^rd and Breach of Peace. 

We’re aware that videos of the incident are being shared online. Body-Worn Camera footage is being reviewed, and the Office of Professional Standards has been notified.
