On 8/6/25 at approximately 2:51am, Christopher Michael Barton, Sr., age 52, of Columbia, PA, did commit the acts of making terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, false imprisonment, and harassment/subject other to physical contact, while in the 400 block of Manor Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Barton is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
