The Ephrata Police responded to a 3 car vehicle crash at approximately 6:45am on Friday, 12/02/16 at the intersection of Rt. 322 and the Rt. 222 southbound ramps. A red Subaru Impreza driven by Justine Taylor, 50, of Elverson was travelling west on 322 and turned left to get onto the 222 southbound on-ramp. Taylor's vehicle hit a green Buick Rendezvous driven by Sherry Umberger, 58, of Terre Hill, and a black Nissan Sentra driven by Tonya Diaz, 32, of Denver, both travelling east. Ms. Taylor was transported to Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital with unknown, non-life threatening injuries and Ms. Umberger was transported to Lancaster General Hospital with unknown non-life threatening injuries. Several lanes of 322 were closed for approximately 45 minutes.
