Update— All Pennsylvania 9-1-1 systems have returned to normal functionality. 

There is currently an intermittent statewide 9-1-1 failure. If you are attempting to call 9-1-1 and cannot get a response, please call 570-329-4060 or 570-433-3166.  Check local news or the Lycoming County Department of Public Safety website for updates.
