On 5/31/25 at approximately 8:35 pm, MARSHALL W. BLACK (age 35) of York was charged with committing the act(s) of DRIVING UNDER DUI SUSPENSION - 3RD OR SUBSEQUENT VIOLATION and DRIVING UNREGISTERED VEHICLE in the area of Manor Road and Smyser Road.

Based on the incident an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against BLACK at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled.

BLACK is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
