On 5/20/2025 at approximately 2:34 pm, MICHAEL C. FRANK (age 35) of Lebanon was charged with committing the act(s) of STRANGULATION, TERRORISTIC THREATS, SIMPLE ASSAULT AND HARASSMENT in the 200 Block of Barcroft Road.
