On 12/11/2024 at approximately 12:44am, Mason Richard English, age 23, of Elizabethtown, PA, did commit the acts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance while in the area of Union and S. 4th Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  English is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
