On 9/20/16 at 1711 hrs, Ephrata Police responded to a vehicle accident at E Fulton St. and Lake St. in Ephrata Borough. A vehicle driven by Clair Lausch, age 87 of Akron, failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle causing the two to collide. No one was injured. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
