On 7/3/24 at approximately 11:11pm, Donald Eugene Forsythe did commit the acts of endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person, and corruption of minors while in the 400 block of Locust Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Forsythe is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
