The Pequea Township Police Department has charged Nathan C. Warner with three counts of trespassing for three separate incidents that occurred at a residence on Marticville Rd. between December of 2023 and most recently on July 3rd of 2024. After being served notice by the lessee of the property and verbally told by police he was no longer privileged to be on the property Mr. Warner allegedly came there in December which resulted in the first charge which eventually became an arrest warrant. In June of this year he again allegedly came on to the property and fled upon the lessee returning home. He was charged a second time and an additional arrest warrant was placed against him. On 7/3/24 a neighbor of the residence contacted police and advised that she observed Mr. Warner's vehicle parked behind the house and Mr. Warner entering the home. Police secured a search warrant and entered the home finding Mr. Warner hiding in a bedroom closet. He was charged a third time for this event, transported to MDJ Benner where he was arraigned and then transported to Lancaster County Prison for failing to post bail and due to a probation violation detainer.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
