On 6/29/24 at approximately 4:29pm, Amylyn Lemasney, age 41, of Columbia, PA, did allow her dog to run freely in the 400 block of Walnut Street which led to the dog attacking two other dogs.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Lemasney is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
