THEFT: On 6-26-24 Malike Razon Brittain (29) of Clinton, MD was charged with Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 1-3-23 at Nu-Wave Wireless, 570 Centerville Rd.  Brittain and a male accomplice allegedly took (5) display iPhones with an estimated total value of $4,427.97.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 6-27-24 Kevin Michael McCarter (35) was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M1), stemming from an incident 6-25-24 in the 500 block of Estelle Dr.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 6-30-24 at 0437 hrs, police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a domestic that just occurred.  Following investigation, Junior Ramos (36) of Lancaster was charged with (2) counts of Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Criminal Mischief (M3).  During the course of the disturbance Ramos allegedly damaged (2) flat screen TV’s and an iPad, put multiple holes in the drywall and slashed (4) tires on a vehicle causing a total estimated value of damage of $1,450.00.  A warrant was issued for Ramos’s arrest.  On 7-1-24, Ramos was taken into custody after a traffic stop by Lancaster City Police.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-2-24 Daquan Coy Reid-Hayes was charged with (2) counts of Retail Theft (F3), stemming from two incidents on 5-10-24, one at Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 1761 Columbia Ave and the other at Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 558 Centerville Rd.  Reid-Hayes allegedly took (3) bottles of Remy Martin Cognac, (2) bottles of Don Julio Tequila Reposado, (1) bottle of Don Julio Blanco and (2) bottles of Ferrand 10 Generations Cognac from the Centerville location with a total estimated value of $557.92.  From the Columbia Ave location he allegedly took (4) bottles of Remy Martin Champagne with a total estimated value of $239.96.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

THEFT: On 7-3-24 police received a theft report in the 200 block of Parklawn Ct.  A package delivered to the residence was taken from the porch.  Total estimated value of loss $1,600.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-3-24 a 17-year-old male of Lititz was charged with Retail Theft (M1), Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft (M1) and Possession of Alcohol by a Minor (S), stemming from an incident 6-15-24 at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd.
