POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 6/17/24 THRU 6/24/24

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-17-24 police responded to the first block of Duo Dr for a vandalism report.  On 6-16-24 between 1800 hrs and 1900 hrs, actor(s) threw rocks through windows at two residences.  Total estimated value of damage $650.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 6-18-24 police responded to the Landisville Education Center, 220 Church St, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, a 17-year-old male student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 6-20-24 at 1504 hrs, police responded to the Family Eye Group, 2110 Harrisburg Pk for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Richard Howard Crawford (63) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Terroristic Threats (F3), Disorderly Conduct (M3) and Public Drunkenness (S) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 6-20-24 Nathan Dombach (80) of Columbia was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 6-13-24 at Verizon, 100 Rohrerstown Rd.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 6-21-24 Christopher E Quelal (30) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 6-11-24 at Lancaster Mazda, 5120 Main St.  Quelal allegedly struck a victim two times with a two-foot-long socket wrench.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 6-22-24 at 0747 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Dell Ln for a neighbor dispute in progress.  Following investigation, Jaime L Ciuro-Mercado (53) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), Disorderly Conduct (S) and Harassment (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

BURGLARY: On 6-23-24 at 1956 hrs, police responded to the first block of Running Pump Rd for a burglary report.  Actor(s) made entry into the residence by breaking a window in the exterior garage door and a window in the interior garage door.  It is unknown what items are missing at this time.  Total estimated value of damage $400.00.

REATIL THEFT: On 6-24-24 Dennis Michael Comeau (34) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 6-12-24 at Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd.  Comeau allegedly walked out of the store with a hand basket containing various clothing items he didn’t pay for. Total estimated value of loss $5.99.  A warrant was issued for his arrest. 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 6-24-24 Jacob David Heerdt (33) of Lancaster was charged with Resisting Arrest (M2) and (3) counts of Aggravated Assault (F2), stemming from a domestic in progress on 6-18-24 in the 2800 block of Wimbledon Ln.  Heerdt resisted officers taking him into custody injuring three of them in the process.

THEFT: On 6-24-24 Amin Ismael Mussa (25) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (M2) and Defiant Trespass (M3), stemming from an incident 6-13-24 at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave.  Mussa was allegedly soliciting money from patrons, and allegedly took a patron’s Mongoose Mountain bicycle from outside the store and rode away.  Mussa was banned from the store due to previous incidents there.  Total estimated value of loss $100.00.
