Ephrata Police recently charged Dustin Diller, 36, of Ephrata with Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Terroristic Threats as the result of an investigation into an incident at his residence in the first block of Market View Drive, Ephrata Township, on May 17, 2024.  Police allege that Diller assaulted a 16-year-old male during a disagreement.  Diller is presumed innocent.
