On 3/17/24 at approximately 4:41pm, Nicole Renee Hooten, age 38, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of criminal trespass when she entered a residence, she had previously been notified she was not allowed to enter.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Hooten is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
