On 3/26/24 at approximately 8:28pm, David Edward Brown, Jr., age 27, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of public drunkenness while in the 700 block of Ridge Avenue, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Brown is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
