On 2/3/24 at approximately 10:34am, Reginald Lee Farley, age 53, of Columbia, PA, did commit the acts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia while in the first block of South Sixth Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Farley is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
