On 2/11/24 at approximately 3:39pm, Patrick Lewis, age 34, of Columbia, PA, did commit the acts of strangulation, terroristic threats, and harassment while in the 100 block of Locust Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Lewis is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
