On 1/18/24 at approximately 3:19pm, Rolando Ruiz-Roman, age 46, of Houston, TX, did commit the act of Defiant Trespass while in the 400 block of Union Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Ruiz-Roman is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
