NEW YEARS WARRANT

On 12/31/23, the Lower Windsor Township Police Department (LWTPD) received both an Anonymous tip and a Crimewatch tip about a wanted subject and possible drug activity at 39 South Main Street, East Prospect Borough. 

Officer Lawrence of LWTPD, gathered information on the possible wanted subject and a search warrant was prepared for the residence, as well as the wanted subject. 

On 1/1/2024, at approximately 2:00 am, Officers from LWTPD, who were assisted by Hellam Township Police Department, served the search warrant at the residence of 39 S. Main Street in East Prospect Borough.  During the search, a significant amount of methamphetamines and drug related paraphernalia were seized.

At this time, DAKOTA KAUFFMAN was charged and has an Arrest Warrant for Felony PWI and other drug related charges.  ERIC CHRISTALDI was taken into police custody for outstanding warrants and transported to Central Booking.  MITCHELL CHRISTALDI has been charged with Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

This case is still being investigated and additional charges may be pending. 

LWTPD would like to remind everyone that all persons charged in this case are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

As always, Officer Lawrence did an outstanding job organizing and performing search warrants  in this drug case.  He is a credit to this department and to our community.  Thank you Officer Lawrence!
