ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 12-29-23 at 1445 hrs, police responded to a fraud in progress at M&T Bank, 1847 Columbia Ave. The suspect was attempting to withdraw $9,240.00 from an account. Following investigation, Anthony J Spinelli (46) of Staten Island, NY was taken into custody and charged with Access Device Fraud (F3) and Identity Theft (F3). Spinelli was transported to Lancaster County Prison and remanded, unable to post bail.
HARASSMENT: On 12-29-23 Zachary C Walter (28) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment-Domestic Violence (S), stemming from an incident 12-28-23 at Divine Dragonfly, 1841 Columbia Ave.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-30-23 at 1857 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred. At approximately 1851 hrs, an unknown male enters the store, goes directly to the beer cooler and selects (3) cases of Modelo beer. The male then leaves the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $59.97.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-30-23 at 2106 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report. At approximately 1840 hrs, an unknown male entered the store through the back door, going directly to the beer cooler and selecting (2) cases of Modelo beer. The male then leaves the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $39.98.
RETAIL THEFT: On 1-1-24 at 1812 hrs, police responded to BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft in progress. An unknown male was running toward the front of the store with a box containing a black Acer 23.8” Nitro Gaming Monitor. The male ran into an employee, dropped the box and exited the store. Total estimated value of loss $99.99.
VEHICLE THEFT: On 1-2-24 a 14-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Theft (F3) and Accident Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle (S), stemming from an incident 12-5-23 at Arby’s, 3005 Columbia Ave.
