On 7/28/23 at approximately 10:50pm, Maria P. Hurley, age 41, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of theft by unlawful taking while in the 800 block of Blunston Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Hurley is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
