On 12/8/23 at approximately 8:50pm, Elijah Jordan Leed, age 21, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of initiating a false alarm to an agency of public safety when he pulled the fire alarm of an apartment building while in the 900 block of Plane Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Leed is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
