Occurred in the area of 3rd South/13th West.  A 15 year old juvenile was reported missing after she was to be home at  2100 hours. Reporting Party advised the juvenile had no minutes on her phone so she could not be called or make calls. The last location she had of the juvenile was at the park and unsure what the juvenile was last wearing. The juvenile later returned home.
