On 11/4/23 at approximately 7:44pm, Douglas Andrew Wright, age 51, of Manor Street, Lancaster, PA, did make terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another via telephone.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Wright is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
