The following arrests were recently made for retail theft at Walmart, 890 East Main Street, Ephrata Township, based upon complaints received from Walmart Asset Protection:

On August 16, 2023 at 3:52 p.m., Isaura Urena-Garcia, 29, of Ephrata, removed tags and failed to ring $27.00 worth of merchandise.

On August 17, 2023 at 2:59 p.m., Anthony Millisock, 47, of Mohnton, concealed and failed to pay for $40.34 worth of merchandise and Trisha Tait, 45, of Reading, concealed and failed to pay $54.75 worth of merchandise.

On August 19, 2023 at 4:31 p.m., Stacey Scheuerman, 43, and Alesha Roe-Coates, 24, both of Lititz, concealed and failed to pay $74.79 worth of merchandise.

On August 21, 2023 at 4:25 p.m., Nathalie Maldonado, 39, of Lancaster, removed tags and failed to ring $119.83 worth of merchandise.

On August 21, 2023 at 5:13 p.m., Tiana Delgado, 19, of New Holland, concealed and failed to pay $56.17 worth of merchandise.

On August 23, 2023 at 3:24 p.m., Amber Fritz, 24, and Kierstyn Fritz, both of Lititz, concealed and failed to pay $57.28 worth of merchandise.

On August 24, 2023 at 10:05 a.m., Jasmine Gonzales-Diaz, 38, of Reading, concealed and failed to pay $25.98 worth of merchandise.  Gonzales-Diaz also had a warrant for DUI through the Berks County Sheriff’s Department.

On August 24, 2023 at 11:18 a.m., Bobbie Trimble, 21, of Lancaster, failed to ring $140.82 worth of merchandise and Katie Lorah, 24, of Lancaster, failed to ring $147.80 worth of merchandise.

On August 24, 2023 at 4:19 p.m., Donna Hentosh, 59, of Mount Joy, removed tags and failed to ring $27.94 worth of merchandise.

On August 24, 2023 at 5:44 p.m., Tyresha Nelson, 33, of Dillsburg, concealed and failed to pay $50.92 worth of merchandise.  Nelson was also charged with possession of Heroin.

On August 27, 2023 at 2:29 p.m., Erica Butler, 35, of Lancaster, concealed and failed to pay $51.16 worth of merchandise.

On August 27, 2023 at 3:17 p.m., Jennifer Bricker, 42, of East Earl, concealed and failed to pay $229.65 worth of merchandise.

On August 27, 2023 at 5:25 p.m., Karina Torres-Diaz, 26, of Reading, concealed and failed to ring $75.29 worth of merchandise.

On August 28, 2023 at 1:55 p.m., Dillon Lorditch, 40, of Denver, concealed and failed to pay $95.81 worth of merchandise.

On September 1, 2023 at 12:07 p.m., Brittany Morales, 29, of Stevens, concealed and failed to pay $296.09 worth of merchandise.

On September 5, 2023 at 1:13 p.m., Elizabeth Lopez, 55, of Reading, concealed and failed to pay $6.98 worth of merchandise.

On September 8, 2023 at 11:44 a.m., Paul Fischetto Jr, 19, of Leola, and a 17-year-old, of Akron, concealed and failed to pay $110.89 worth of merchandise.

On September 8, 2023 at 2:46 p.m., Lucas Grant, 30, of West Chester, removed tags and failed to ring $121.28 worth of merchandise.

On September 10, 2023 at 7:50 p.m., Alondra Washington, 29, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $182.82 worth of merchandise.

On September 15, 2023 at 8:25 a.m., Paul Gordon, 32, of Adamstown, concealed and failed to pay $125.86 worth of merchandise.

On September 15, 2023 at 11:26 a.m., a 17-year-old, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $6.88 worth of merchandise.

On September 16, 2023 at 5:13 p.m., Nashawna Herchelroth, 18, of Columbia, concealed and failed to pay $76.87 worth of merchandise.

On September 17, 2023 at 10:45 a.m., a 17- year-old, of Lititz, and Natalie Rivera, 20, of Adamstown, concealed and failed to pay $434.19 worth of merchandise.

On September 18, 2023 at 2:40 p.m., Thomas Blatt, 65, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $55.63 worth of merchandise.

On September 18, 2023 at 7:30 p.m., Jacquelyn Morningstar, 24, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $111.89 worth of merchandise.

On September 18, 2023 at 9:45 p.m., Angela Patrick, 49, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $131.18 worth of merchandise.

On September 22, 2023 at 4:31 p.m., Christine Bowers, 56, of Lancaster, concealed and failed to pay $270.86 worth of merchandise.

On September 24, 2023 at 2:53 p.m., Victor Lopez-Fonseca, 41, of Reading, concealed and failed to pay $134.64 worth of merchandise.

On September 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., Julie Dippner, 40, of Lancaster, concealed and failed to pay $196.68 worth of merchandise.

On September 26, 2023 at 4:53 p.m., Rachel Robinson, 40, of York, concealed and failed to pay $137.00 worth of merchandise.

On September 28, 2023 at 4:41 p.m., Brandi Jones, 29, of Leesport, and Terry Long, 33, of Sinking Spring, concealed and failed to pay $1051.00 worth of merchandise.

On September 28, 2023 at 7:17 p.m., Rachel Powers, 44, of Honey Brook, concealed and failed to pay $40.00 worth of merchandise.

On September 29, 2023 at 2:50 p.m., Jessica Faus, 37, of Denver, concealed and failed to pay $29.88 worth of merchandise.

On September 29, 2023 at 4:28 p.m., Kyle Waltman, 32, of Columbia, concealed and failed to pay $121.25 worth of merchandise.

On October 2, 2023 at 5:20 p.m., Kayla Spencer, 19, of Reading, concealed and failed to pay $25.67 worth of merchandise.

On October 3, 2023 at 5:50 p.m., Jennifer Rhinier, 37, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $55.92 worth of merchandise and Emily Ernst, 31, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $102.38 worth of merchandise.  Ernst was also charged with possession of Methamphetamine.

On October 6, 2023 at 12:55 p.m., Evonne Alston , 64, of Lititz, concealed and failed to pay $44.69 worth of merchandise.

On October 7, 2023 at 2:27 p.m., Laurette Swann, 58, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $26.94 worth of merchandise.

On October 7, 2023 at 3:15 p.m., Tracy Daleandro, 62, of Media, concealed and failed to pay $45.96 worth of merchandise.

On October 11, 2023 at 2:18 p.m., Ellyn Pawlowski, 36, of Lititz, concealed and failed to pay $54.44 worth of merchandise.

On October 13, 2023 at 11:03 a.m., Valorie Styer, 63, of Mohnton, concealed and failed to pay $34.79 worth of merchandise.

On October 13, 2023 at 4:53 p.m., Marie Hall, 51, of Akron, concealed and failed to ring $317.13 worth of merchandise.

On October 16, 2023 at 3:12 p.m., Nelson Agostini-Villa, 33, of New Holland, failed to ring $96.82 worth of merchandise.

On October 16, 2023 at 4:16 p.m., Daniel Welch, 43, of Lancaster, concealed and failed to pay $8.35 worth of merchandise.

On October 16, 2023 at 5:57 p.m., Alana Larkie, 34, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $13.34 worth of merchandise.

On October 20, 2023 at 11:18 a.m., Alisalia Garcia, 58, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $35.58 worth of merchandise.

On October 20, 2023 at 2:53 p.m., Karina Ortiz-Cruz, 19, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay $51.08 worth of merchandise.

On October 20, 2023 at 3:08 p.m., Amber Plank, 38, of Ephrata, failed to ring $203.67 worth of merchandise.

On October 21, 2023 at 7:25 p.m., Justin Cammauf, 47, and Ana Rios, 65, both of Hamburg, concealed and failed to pay $243.99 worth of merchandise.

On October 22, 2023 at 12:43 p.m., Kiumarys Valencia-Gonzalez, 31, and Shakira Rodriguez, 26, both of Lancaster, concealed and failed to pay $91.50 worth of merchandise.

On October 24, 2023 at 12:15 p.m., Denis Gousseinov, 41, and Inna Vasileva, 34, both of Brooklyn, NY, concealed and failed to pay $67.10 worth of merchandise.

All are presumed innocent.
