On 10/2/23 at between 7pm and 7:30pm, Charles William Morehart, age 72, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of making Terrorist Threats toward another person while in the 200 block of Malt Avenue, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Morehart is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
