On 9/25/23 at approximately 6:54pm, the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 300 block of Locust Street, Columbia, PA for a report of theft from a vehicle.  An Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department investigated the incident and was able to identify the suspect as Aaron Woodrow Smith, age 38, of Columbia, PA.  Based on the investigation, Smith has been charged with theft from a vehicle.  Smith is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
