On 8/23/23 at approximately 6:37pm, Courtney Bollinger, age 26, of Lancaster, PA did commit the act of harassment via text messages to a resident of Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Bollinger is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
