On 7/29/23 at approximately 10:04pm Christian Michael Hafer, age 23, of Reading, PA did commit the act of public intoxication while in the area of Union Street and South Second Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Hafer is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
