On 8/8/23 at approximately 6:26pm, Jason S. Brown, age 39, of Lancaster, PA, did commit the acts of Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, and Simple Assault, while in the 1100 block of Ridge Avenue, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Brown is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
