The Columbia Borough Police Department received a call regarding a dog stuck in a gate.  Parking Enforcement Kari Housner immediately went to comfort the dog and give it water.  Public Works Department Manager, Jake Graham, was not far behind with equipment to separate the bars and release the dog.  The dog is now safe with it's owner.  Great Job Jake and Kari!
