POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 6/29/23 THRU 7/6/23

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE-DUI RELATED: On 6-29-23 police conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Columbia Ave.  The driver, Joseph William Brown (45) of Lancaster, was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was charged with Driving with Suspended/Revoked License-DUI Related (M3) and several summary traffic violations.

THEFT: On 6-30-23 police responded to the 2200 block of Seitz Dr for a theft report.  Sometime between 6-22-23 and 6-29-23, actor(s) removed a gun safe key and a black Glock 26 (9mm) pistol from the gun safe.  Total estimated value of loss $526.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-30-23 at 1649 hrs, police responded to Metro by T-Mobile, 1785 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft report.  Sometime between 1630 hrs and 1645 hrs, two iPhones were taken from a display table.  Total estimated value of loss $1,558.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-30-23 at 1155 hrs, police responded to CosmoProf Beauty Supply, 2076 Bennett Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A female filled a shopping basket with multiple hair products and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $729.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-2-23 at 0144 hrs, police responded to the intersection of Rohrerstown Rd and Columbia Ave for a reckless driver complaint.  Following investigation, Sarah E Wimer (43) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-2-23 police responded to the 2800 block of Spring Valley Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 6-17-23 and 7-2-23, actor(s) broke a key lock box on the back door of a residence.  Total estimated value of damage $70.00.

PA DOG LAW: On 7-3-23 Christelle Kilian (42) of Lancaster was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 6-13-23 when Kilian’s dog left her property and bit a pedestrian on the sidewalk.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-3-23 Larry G Burkett Jr (54) of Mountville was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 6-29-23 in the 2300 block of Columbia Ave.

STRANGULATION: On 7-4-23 at 2304 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Columbia Ave for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Angel Centeno-Zeppenfeldt (43) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation-Domestic Violence (F2), Endangering Welfare of Child (F3) Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M1), Terroristic Threats-Domestic Violence (M1) and Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.  Centeno-Zeppenfeldt was located 7-5-23, taken into custody, arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Chudzik and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 7-5-23 Nelson Antonia Rodriguez Jr (28) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop on Centerville Rd in the area of Gloucester on 6-28-23.

THEFT: On 7-6-23 police received a theft report in the 1700 block of Swarr Run Rd.  A package of multiple Under Armor garments was delivered 7-3-23, but the resident never received the package.  Total estimated value of loss $581.00.
