On June 26, 2023 the Upper Chichester Police stopped a beige-colored Subaru Outback reported to be stolen out of Philadelphia in the area of Bethel Avenue and Market Street. The vehicle was confirmed stolen by Philadelphia Police. The driver of the vehicle who was identified as Kenyatta Mack out of Philadelphia was taken into custody. Mack also had two outstanding warrants for his arrest; one out of Montgomery County for a Failure to Appear (Resisting Arrest), and one out of Monroe County for a Failure to Appear (Receiving stolen property & Theft). Mack was later arraigned and subsequently transported to George Hill Correctional; Facility.
