Ephrata Police arrested John C. Hall Jr. Sunday evening 02-07-16 around 1700hrs on an outstanding Lancaster County Bench Warrant.    Hall was found riding in a vehicle in the 100 Block of East Mohler Church Road, Ephrata Township.   The vehicle was stopped and Hall was taken into custody after a brief scuffle.   No one was injured and Hall was turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff's Department.
