Ephrata Police recently charged Timothy Edward Rinehults,  34, of Ephrata, with Theft by Unlawful Taking.  On May 05, 2023, the victim, living in the 200 block of Duke St., Ephrata Borough, could not locate a package delivered to their address.  The victim's video surveillance showing a male entering their porch and stealing the package.  Police identified the man in the video as Timothy Edward Rinehults from prior police contacts.  Rinehults is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
