On 10/28/22 at approximately 10:09am Glenda M. Frey, age 42, of an unknown address, did commit the act of Retail Theft while in the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Columbia, when she placed a pack of donuts into her purse and left the store without paying for them.  Based on the incident an Officer filed charges.  Frey is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
