The Columbia Borough Police are investigating a criminal mischief that occurred in the 600 blk. S. 9th St. A mirror was knocked off a vehicle parking in the area. If anyone has any information on this incident, please submit a tip below. This was to occur between 12:30AM and 1:00PM on November 1st.
