Sometime between 12-18-19 at 1830 hrs and 12-19-19 at 0715 hrs, actor(s) scratched a vehicle from the front bumper to the rear bumper on the passenger’s side, that was parked on the street. Total estimated damage $2,000.00.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE IS SUSPENDED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-20-19 Nicholas Snyder (25) of York was charged with Driving While License is Suspended for Driving Under the Influence-3rd or Subsequent Violation (M3) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 11-29-19 on Bank St in the area of Stanley Ave.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-21-19 at 2158 hrs police responded to CVS, 630 Centerville Rd, for an assault that just occurred. Following investigation, Thomasina Larue (35) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (F3) and Simple Assault (M2). A warrant was issued for her arrest.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-22-19 police responded to the 2800 block of Terry Ln for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 12-21-19 at 1145 hrs and 12-22-19 at 1900 hrs, actor(s) removed money from a locked vehicle. Unknown amount of loss at this time.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-23-19 J. Douglas Hess (50) of Millersville was charged with 2 counts Driving Under the Influence (M) and 2 summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop on Columbia Ave in the area of Urban Dr on 12-12-19 at 0137 hrs.
THEFT OF SERVICES: On 12-23-19 David Althouse (40) of Manheim was charged with Theft of Services (M2) and False Identification to Law enforcement (M3), stemming from an incident 12-8-19. Althouse was transported by a taxi service from Lancaster to the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr, where he absconded without making payment. Officers responded and located Althouse, at which time he falsely identified himself.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 12-26-19 Seth Palos (19) of Lancaster was cited with Criminal Trespass (S), stemming from an incident 12-12-19 in the 1800 block of Colebrook Rd. Palos entered a residence without permission.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-27-19 Luis Matos (41) of Marietta was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a reckless driving complaint 12-12-19 at 1933 hrs. Matos was located on Spooky Nook Rd in the area of the RT 283 eastbound on-ramp.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 12-27-19 police received a reported theft by deception call. The victim was approached at Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, this date by a male selling Daneli Home Theater Systems from the back of his pick up truck. The speakers of the system were found to be filled with concrete. Total estimated value of loss $200.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-27-19 police responded to the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr for a medical emergency. While on scene, Sonya Grace Hamby (25) of Willow Street was found to have a Retail Theft Warrant through East Lampeter Township Police Department. Hamby was taken into custody and turned over to East Lampeter Township Police Department.
THEFT: On 12-28-19 police received a theft report in the 100 block of Cooper Ave. An Amazon package was delivered, an emailed photo of the package on the porch was received, but the package was not located. Total estimated value of loss $35.00.
BURGLARY: On 12-29-19 at 2001 hrs policed responded to Lancaster Honda, 2350 Dairy Rd for a burglar alarm. Actor(s) broke the showroom glass in order to make entry and removed two Honda generators. Total estimated damage $1,125.00. Total estimated value of loss $3,869.85.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-29-19 police responded to the first block of South Ave for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 1330 and 1459 hrs on this date, actor(s) removed a wallet and sweatshirt from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $28.50.
