On 10/6/19 at approximately 4:13PM the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that Michael Blake, age 49, of Lancaster, PA did commit the acts of fraud by deception and home improvement fraud when he accepted a deposit of $550 to install laminate flooring, for a resident of Columbia, but never completed the job nor returned the deposit.  Based on the incident, an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Blake.  Michael Blake is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
