On 10/13/26, the Woodward Township Police Department have arrested 65 year old Lisa Stevenson, of Lock Haven, stemming from an incident which occurred on 10/13/26 at 1756 hrs along Crist Ln in Woodward Township. Stevenson possessed and pointed a shotgun at the victim, telling the victim she will shoot the victim.  During an interview with police, Stevenson also told the police that she will kill the victim.  Police viewed a short barreled shot gun inside Stevenson's residence that matched the victim's description.  Police obtained a search warrant for Stevenson's residence and seized a shot gun which the victim identified as the gun that Stevenson made the threats with. The gun is also identified as a prohibited offensive weapon, commonly referred to as a "sawed off shot gun", in which the barrel has been sawed off to make a shorter length. Stevenson was also taken into custody on an arrest warrant and brought to Clinton County Correctional Facility pending arraignment, charging her with terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.  A charge of prohibited offensive weapons may be added at a later time due to the illegal shotgun modification.

On 10/14/26, Stevenson was arraigned by MDJ Keith Kibler and committed to Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 monetary bail.
