Ephrata Police have made an arrest in residential burglary case that occurred during the early morning hours of June 9, 2019 in the 1200 block of Lincoln Road, Ephrata Township.  For the original story click here.  Ephrata Police received a tip from a Lancaster County antique vendor that he purchased antique items and then noticed that the items matched stolen property listed on Ephrata Police Department’s Crimewatch and Facebook pages.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of David Dutcher, Jr., 40, homeless. Dutcher was charged with Burglary and related crimes.  Dutcher failed to post bail and is currently incarcerated in Lancaster County Prison.  Dutcher is presumed innocent.
