1510:
Arron Waite, age 29 of no fixed address, was arrested for an outstanding warrant on Center Square.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1511:
A drug related charge for possession of drug paraphernalia is pending against a 29 year old man, of no fixed address, following an incident on Center Square.

1606:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 500 block of N. Franklin Street.  A pedalcycle operated by a Hanover juvenile struck a 2018 Dodge Challenger operated by Gary Smith, of Hanover.

1623:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was not located.

1640:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 22 year old Hanover woman following an incident reported in the 100 block of Third Street.

1645:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Doss Alley and an unnamed alley.  A 2023 Chevrolet 2500 operated by Scott Baldwin, of Hanover, struck a 2010 Nissan Maxima operated by Keenan Peters, of Hanover, which struck a parked 2011 Ford Edge and a structure, both owned by Kathleen Wright, of Hanover.

1805:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the first block of W. Hanover Street where a lock was removed from a door to a residence.

2045:
Theft of a wallet and money was reported in the 300 block of Broadway.

2209:
Raymond Bechtold, age 52 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street.
